Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, call, or email us, we collect what you choose to share, such as:
- your name, phone number and email address
- a description of how you were injured, which may include information about your health, your employer and your job
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider, and 3rd parties like Google or Meta, record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and secure the site and to measure and show ads. Cookies, and internet or other electronic network information, such as your device(s) when accessing our website may also be collected.
How we use your information
- to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether we can help with your claim
- to contact you by phone, email or text message about your inquiry
- to operate, secure and improve the site
- to meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations
- E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or marketing materials. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you.
Cookies and Ads
Cookies may be used to track website activity and preferences. 3rd party advertisers may also use cookies for tracking purposes.
Google and Meta also use cookies, among other data, to serve ads based on site visitation. Google and Meta Pixel, along with other similar advertising technologies may also be used to track website activity, device and browser, pages visited, interactions with our website, preferences, and ads based on site visitation. We do not send what you type into our contact form to advertisers.
Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your inquiry or case. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep your information as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services described in this policy and website, including providing you customer service, answering questions, complying with applicable laws, and administering this website and its services.
For conflict checks, we also keep a short record (your name, email, and number, the date you contacted us and the name of your employer), as lawyers are required to do.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We may keep some information when the law or our professional obligations require it, and we will tell you if that applies. Contact us at razmig@respaldolaw.com or (626) 899-9051.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to inquiry information to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Other websites
The site links to other websites, such as our social media profiles and government resources. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
