Razmig Maadanian

Razmig Maadanian is the founding attorney of Respaldo Law in Pasadena. He represents injured workers in California workers' compensation claims, including serious and catastrophic workplace injuries, orthopedic injuries, cumulative trauma, psychiatric and stress claims, denied or delayed claims, and disputes over permanent disability and return to work.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Razmig earned his law degree from California Western School of Law in 2020 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in January 2021. He began his career representing employers and insurance companies. His work included depositions, medical-legal disputes involving qualified and agreed medical evaluators, settlement negotiations, and hearings and trials before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.

After years of representing employers and insurers, Razmig grew tired of seeing injured workers struggle to get the care and benefits they needed. He founded Respaldo Law to fight for workers, using his knowledge of the insurance industry to give his clients the advocacy and personal attention they deserve.

His defense experience gives him insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims, review medical evidence, and approach settlement negotiations. He now uses that knowledge to anticipate disputes and build his clients' cases.

Most importantly, Razmig takes time to understand each client's circumstances, personal and professional life, concerns and questions, and how an injury affects their ability to work and support their family. He understands that to obtain the best possible result, the client's circumstances must be presented as aggressively and thoroughly as possible. He explains the process in plain language, keeps clients informed, and makes himself directly available to answer questions throughout their case.
